A notice must be given to customerservice@liraclothing.com to obtain an return authorization number within 30 days for any problems or concerns with merchandise. We do not issues refunds on shipping for returns and exchanges. The customer is responsible for shipping the item(s) back. Unless a agreement is established in advance.
Lira Clothing purchased from one of our certified retailers that is a return or exchange is the responsibility of the retailer from where the item(s) had been purchased.
liraclothing.com is not responsible for any returns or exchanges if items are not purchased directly from the web store.
liraclothing.com does not guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item. If you believe an item is defective please give notice to customerservice@liraclothing.com before sending back.
Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with packing slip when returned. Lira Clothing does not provide return shipping for undamaged items.
